For the Love of Marilyn

I can't say for sure how this will be as a film but I do believe it's going to be some lovely eye candy to lose ourselves in for a while:

Having been "bed ridden" for the past month - I have had enjoyed the guilty pleasure of watching "Grumpy Old Men" countless times - not having realized that the opening song "We're Having a Heatwave" was performed by Marilyn.

We loved her in "Niagara" -- if you haven't seen it, you must -- Niagara Falls in the early 1950s is wonderful!

Wow-- I didn't even realize that was Kenneth Branaugh! He sure got old and British looking!

Have been on the fence about this movie but it does look like they are going to do a very sweet portrayal of Marilyn.

It turns out the 1950s-style bullet bras Michelle Williams wears as Marilyn (to get that authentic curvy / point-y silhouette) in the film are by What Katie Did, the faux-vintage lingerie company I used to work for. Google 'em!
